Training since 1979. Currently Go-Dan (5th degree black belt). Certified group aerobics exercise instructor through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Certified USA-NKF Kumite Referee and Kata Judge.

Her competitive history includes great success in kata in the RSKC and USEWF venues.

Special interests include children’s program development, group fitness, laido, and competitive kata.
